Explore Indianapolis

Most Indianapolis hotels sit downtown, many connected to the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium by skywalks. Whether you're here for a Colts game, the Pacers or Fever at Gainbridge Fieldhouse, or a convention like Gen Con, you'll be about 20 minutes from Indianapolis International (IND).

Monument Circle marks the center of downtown, and the Central Canal Walk leads to White River State Park, home to the Indianapolis Zoo, museums, and an outdoor concert venue. The Children's Museum of Indianapolis, the largest in the world, is a short drive north.

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway, about 15 minutes west of downtown, hosts the Indianapolis 500 on Memorial Day weekend, the world's largest single-day sporting event. Its museum and track tours run year-round.
